This was a great building until it was taken over by Riverstone Residential Group this year. Run don’t walk away from this property. It is poorly managed and maintained. The hallways smell of garbage, and maintenance is poor (often the elevators are out of order). And when you move out they will try to screw you out of every penny. The neighborhood has become crime ridden with shootings and stabbings. The alley next to the property is always full of garbage, and the garbage trucks run all night long – it’s so noisy you’ll never sleep. Do not rent here.
